The 2012 and 2013 1099S forms are ready! This year we have created a set for each of the four potential sellers, saving you time and hassle with the typewriter. The forms can be downloaded in ZIP format HERE, or you can call us to set up a remote installation appointment.
PTR-172 / PTR-173 REMINDER!
This is just a reminder to everyone that the PTR-172/173 forms produced by the REDOCS software ARE VALID for use up until December 31, 2013.

What is ReDocs?
ReDocs provides Vermont attorneys with many of the State forms necessary for the successful management of real estate closings. This fully functional software package can be run as a stand alone program OR an affordable network package.
How Does it Work?
ReDocs allows you to fill out a datasheet and merge information to several forms at once. Each form is personalized with your firms name and address information. Forms can be exported to your email in FormDocs format or PDF format. Best of all - last minute changes can be quickly made and reprinted to meet closing deadlines.
FormDocs now has been updated to Version 8.1 (new client installations will use 8.1 - an upgrade path for existing clients will be available soon)
This version has many new features including native support for the Window 7 Operating System, both 32 and 64 bit. It also has the features of previous versions such as the availability of attaching files to forms, scrolling text fields, and exporting a form as a PDF so you can select which pages you wish to send and quickly email.
